Apologies to anyone who just suffered a severe bout of vertigo as a result of that video. Yes that really is Tom Cruise and that really is the tallest building in the world - The Burj Kalifa in Dubai. No tricks here. It's the real deal.

Say what you like about the Cruiser, he doesn't mess about. His appetite for action hasn't dimmed and he turns 50 next year. We were impressed when he did his own motorbike action in Knight & Day. Running out of the sky in the direction of the Dubai pavement is a whole new level and one impressive way to earn your money.

Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol - Paramount

As The Incredibles director Brad Bird says in the video, "It's just another day's work on Mission Impossible!"

We can't wait. Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol is released on 26 December.

Wow! Say what you will about TC but he certainly gives 110% to his art & I think he definately deserves his undoubtaly high wage packet.  There's not enough money in the world that could enduce me to do anything like that! TC certainly showing his public that he still loves to live on the 'edge' & that he's kept his physique at nearly 50 - There's still life in the old dog yet!!

can't stand tom cruise but credit where its due. i'd crap a brick if i had to do that. doesn't mean i have to like the midget!
