"Hunger Games! Twilight!" These were the watch words host Russell Brand used to win over the crowd right away as the host of the 2012 MTV Movie awards.
Despite no doubt reading from cue cards, Brand knows how to keep a certain amount of self-deprecating improvisation at hand. Yes, he did reference his own short-lived marriage but thanked Kim Kardashian for having an even-shorter union.
Brand also referenced John Travolta, Prometheus star Michael Fassbender (a school mate, apparently, with "massively engorged talent"), and a fit-looking Charlie Sheen.

A quick visit to Wikipedia would tell you that The Black Keys frontman is Dan Auerbach, and that Pat Carney plays drums. I question why you are even employed. Seriously, if I was getting paid to comment on an awards ceremony, I think I'd at least take enough pride in my work to bother to get my facts straight.

bloody hell i think that is the first time i have seen pictures of Kristen Stewart smiling =D well done to everyone for their wins, glad Hunger Games got recognition have been some brill films out lately
