I have affinity to 2 cultures, British and Jamaican as mentioned. And where do you see me say I have more association to Jamaica to the UK? You would not understand plain and simply because you are not of foreign heritage here in the UK. But if you think I am going to dismiss my parental heritage because of narrow minded xenophobes like yourself , forget it. Didn't Norman Tebbitt pull a stunt back in 1990 with his ' cricket test?'. Didn't hear much of him after that. Wheeled back in to the darkest Tory cellar under the stairs. It's people like yourself who for some reason cannot fathom and understand that many people the world over can live and accept the culture of the land that they live in, while still retaining ( and rightly so) the culture and heritage of their forbears, parents, etc,

Your personality and view with regards to other races & cultures you consider beneath yourself is blatantly disparaging and obvious. It is something you seem to make a consistent basis of your comments on forums, even when not necessary. I would assume, as you seem to have no problem making assumptions with myself,  is that you must spend your time at home drawing up a list of other nations within the world and obviously making judgements to rank them on scales you consider important as if they should qualify for any merit.

The thread of this comment was Usain Bolt attending a film premiere, where he outshone the stars. The comment by one of the users was that a small island like Jamaica was indeed setting the standard in athletic sprinting, a glorious moment for the country, and instead something within you rose to the surface whereby you felt you had to make reference to social, technological, political, and economic circumstances? An obvious sign of your inadequacy and apparent spite. You want to sneer at countries you consider ' beneath you'. I am of the opinion that most people who choose to think that way have deficiencies in their own make up in society, yet feel empowered adopting a mindset straight out of the colonial era. You can deny it, but it's plain to see. Who are you to dismiss anybody? Who are you as to pass comment as to which affinity anybody can draw upon? Would you like anybody to question yours? People like yourself with your inward outdated ( colonial) xenophobic comments are like caricatures. What, Britain leads the way in everything does it? Most people are comfortable and embrace the world as it is, making their way in it the best they can hoping to contribute positively in some way.

You embody a resentment that is tiresome and lame and pathetic. But hey, if it makes you feel better! Thankfully like the dinosaurs those with your 'prehistoric' thinking will be spoken of as in the past!
