It's going to be big big big! But we don't see it competing with the true heavyweights at the head of the pack. Nonetheless, the gathering of Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Hulk and Scarlett Johansson in a body suit can't be bad for business. Will they squeeze together convincingly? We shall see. The latest pics certainly make it clear that director Joss Whedon is pushing hard to get the character dynamics (clash of egos) right.

Oh, and if it's based on the board game - someone is going to have to say "you sunk my battleship." It just won't be the same otherwise.
Trouble is, the presence of Rihanna is just making me think they didn't have a better selling point so my hopes aren't all that high.

I would be looking forward to this movie had she not been within range of the battleships main battery. i reckon the film makers are pandering to her fans and not sci-fi fans who are quite possibly not the same people. Stupid move
