One of the highlights of The Hunger Games was the fantastic Cinna, played to perfection by Lenny Kravitz. While we're dying to see how the wedding-dress-turned-rebellion-symbol plays out on screen, we're actually more hoping his prep team of Octavia, Flavius and Venia get some more well-deserved air time. One of the most poignant moments in the book for us is when they say goodbye to Katniss as she prepares for Hunger Games number two, showing her everyone in the Capitol isn't as superficial and out of touch as she'd always believed. And, if the director's done his homework, he'll know how crucial they are in the next instalment.

You are forgetting a key factor in this too, Peeta announces that he and Katniss are expecting a baby before going into the arena again, they need that as Finnick really plays on it and it's used a lot in Mockingjay, I hope they include more of the story in this one and not make it a hyped up blood bath!!!!
Deffo Ian for Finnick though, that would make my year.

Yay! I really can't wait! I hope they pull it off though - a bad sequel can will be a big let-down! The first film was awesome, I hope the second one is just as good.
(The books are also amazing - so read them! ;) )

I'm gutted that Gary Ross isn't directing all three films! Stephen Lawrence might be great but I don't want Catching Fire's style to be completely different to The Hunger Games'.

i LOVE the hunger games. cant wait for catching fire. i just want to know how they will pull it off with (spoiler alert so if you haven't read book 2 then stop here) the wedding dress transforming into a mockingjay.

Finnick for me should be Grant Gustin, he is exactly how i envisioned him. and i feel Ian Somerhalder looks too old to play finnick, remember he is only 25

Skip the books and story line... give us a total suprise twist.... how about :-
The little sister gets called up again and big sis breaks in there to break her out or help her baby sis out and die trying, but little sis is the one at the end that saves big sis..!! !Omg! big sis gives birth on the battlefield where it was first conceived... big time fanalie with a new and unexpected life it becomes an instant big hit for popularity and a massive plus for the morale of the games . And so begins the entanglement .. so they all get to live happy as the mocking bird........ untill next years games :p when afterwards there is another sequal Dir dir dir dir derrrrrrrr boom boom boom boommmmmm.
The third sequel is announced in wicked advance...... ;) Te he he he...WEG...
Daddys on call and a 2yr old lil baby girl watching out for her daddy and two strong warrior sisters are under the watchful eye of the security forces are not allowed to participate and will this time have to watch on almost helplessly at the father of the newbie bub, is he up to the kill or is it camo all the way....... The only thing that is stopping the girls is the security forces and the death penalty if they interfere this occasion. His life hangs on a delicate thread of hope for his child.
OK now for the third sequal:-
The baby can speak about her daddy and to him live which only enhances his vulnerability when she is emotional and this is exploited by the games to the max.
But this makes the Girls more determined than ever and the only thing that the girls can then do leagally is to band their poor sector together to raise the monies to purchase and to send in items of help....how much can it help well... time will tell, time can only expire and the price is high and who will or indeed can help them out this time and at what price!...at what price!..

What happens at the end is that ...
THE PEOPLE IN THE ARENA (ALL THE PAST SUCCESSFUL COMPETITORS) HATCH A PLAN TO BREAK FREE OF THE ARENA USING ELECTRICITY AND KATNISS SHOOTS AN ELECTRIFIED ARROW INTO THE FORCEFIELD AND IT GETS SHORT CIRCUITED. BUT KATNISS AND THE READER DON'T KNOW OF THIS PLAN TO THE VERY END
BY THE WAY THE ARENA IS LIKE A CLOCK WITH ONE NATURAL DISASTER EVERY HOUR.
There you don't need to see the film now :P
