Bieber: I was offered Fifty Shades!

Justin Bieber has joked that he was offered a part in the film adaptation of Fifty Shades Of Grey.

A number of leading men - including Ryan Gosling, Ian Somerhalder and White Collar's Mike Bomer - have been linked to the role of successful young entrepreneur Christian Grey in the upcoming movie version of the hit erotic novel.

Heartthrob Justin teased on ITV's The Jonathan Ross Show: "They actually want me to be in the movie."

But the crowd's excitement was short-lived, as the Canadian pop star quickly added: "Just kidding."

Meanwhile, Justin has also been singing the praises of his girlfriend Selena Gomez.

He told Top Of The Pops Magazine: "She's hot. Of course every guy likes their girl to be hot, which Selena is... She is a really great person and I think she has one of the best smiles in the world."
