Freeman joining The World's End

Martin Freeman has joined the cast of The World's End
Martin Freeman is confirmed to join Edgar Wright's The World's End.
The Hobbit star will reunite with Simon Pegg and Nick Frost in the third instalment of the trio's Blood And Ice Cream trilogy, reported Collider.
Eddie Marsan will also appear in the upcoming comedy, which has already started production in the UK, in time for a 2013 release.
There are no details about the roles that Martin and Eddie would play.
Written by Simon and Edgar, with Edgar also on directing duties, the third film follows five childhood friends going through "an epic pub crawl" in order to reach the fabled pub, The World's End, but on their journey, they discover that the fate of humankind is on the line.
Rosamund Pike and Paddy Considine also star in The World's End, which follows the previous two films - 2004's Shaun Of The Dead and Hot Fuzz in 2007.
Martin will next be seen as hobbit Bilbo Baggins in Peter Jackson's three-part Lord Of The Rings prequel, The Hobbit, while Eddie - last seen in Steven Spielberg's War Horse and Snow White And The Huntsman - will be in dark thriller I, Anna alongside Charlotte Rampling and Gabriel Byrne.
