James McAvoy to Disappear for role

James McAvoy is to star alongside Jessica Chastain
James McAvoy is set to star opposite Jessica Chastain in The Disappearance Of Eleanor Rigby: Him And Her.
The Scottish actor and the Oscar-nominated actress will play a married couple as they deal with an "emotional, life-altering experience" when she goes back to college, reported Collider.
Kirk D'Amico from Myriad Pictures said in a statement: "James is one of the finest actors working today and I look forward to seeing Ned's rich, complex characters come alive."
The double love story, which has been written and will be directed by Ned Benson, will show both the wife and husband's different perspectives, but will be stand-alone movies.
Kirk added: "The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby represents an alternate approach to content. We have to make both films work on their own, both for the buyers but also for the audiences. Together these films will describe a fully, more complete look at these characters and their lives."
James - who received a Golden Globe nomination for his performance in Atonement - will next be seen in Danny Boyle's Trance, British thriller Welcome To The Punch and the big-screen adaptation of Irvine Welsh's Filth.
Jessica, who is at the Cannes Film Festival promoting Western crime drama Lawless with Shia LaBeouf and Guy Pearce, is set to be in Kathryn Bigelow's new film Zero Dark Thirty.
