Keith Lemon surprised by Brook

Keith Lemon has said that he was surprised Kelly Brook took up his offer to star in his film - because she would have been paid more for opening a pound store.

The TV star said Keith Lemon: The Film, out later this month, was extremely low budget.

He told The Sun: "Kelly Brook has been paid more for opening Poundland. I'm really surprised she did it because it's s*** money."

Keith said that in the first two weeks of making the film he became frustrated and thought "I'll stick to TV".

But he added: "After three weeks I loved it. It seems more romantic than telly - even though it's really low budget."

Keith - the fictional character portrayed by Leigh Francis - also joked about his Celebrity Juice co-star Fearne Cotton, who is expecting her first baby with boyfriend Jesse Wood.

"Fearne Cotton's baby? It's not mine," he joked.

"I've never done it with her. I would do, but I haven't ... It's going to be weird seeing her up the duff."
