Lady Gaga is making her acting debut in Robert Rodriguez action film Machete Kills.
The Poker Face singer revealed on Twitter that she will play an actress in the movie, the sequel to 2010's Machete.
She told followers: "Yes it's true, I will be making my debut as an actress in the amazing Machete Kills by @rodriguez I'M SO EXCITED!!! AH! Filming was insane."
Meanwhile, Robert wrote: "I just finished working with @LadyGaga on @MacheteKills, she kicked SO MUCH A**! Holy Smokes. Blown away!"
Robert also uploaded a poster of the singer as a sultry screen siren wrapped in a fur shawl and sexy underwear, holding a smoking gun, with the caption: "Lady Gaga as La Chameleon".
Amber Heard, Danny Trejo, Sofia Vergara and Mel Gibson are also set to appear in the movie.
