Nicolas Cage is to play a ruthless killer in a new road trip movie.
The Ghost Rider actor has signed up to play a man hunting down a small-town beauty queen who has made off with some diamonds he stole in Wild Side, reports Deadline.
Atonement actress Juno Temple will play the girl who runs off with his swag. As well as the killer, she has to evade the police and a persistent news reporter, played by Jackass star Johnny Knoxville, who are also trying to track her down.
The film will be directed by Jesse Baget, who also co-wrote the project, and will start shooting in Louisiana this summer.
