Rihanna takes plunge on red carpet

Rihanna rocked the red carpet at the LA premiere of Battleship
Rihanna put on a brave face at the Los Angeles premiere of Battleship, after revealing she broke down when she recorded her Talk That Talk album.
The 24-year-old, who plays Petty Officer Cora Raikes in Peter Berg's action adventure, took the plunge in a white Adam Selman dress with low neckline and thigh-high slit, as she joined co-stars Taylor Kitsch, Liam Neeson, Alexander Skarsgard and Brooklyn Decker.
The We Found Love singer - who posted a picture of her arm with an IV drip attached on Twitter on May 9 after partying at New York's Met gala - previously admitted the hours she put in for her sixth album took their toll on her. She was treated for flu and exhaustion last November.
"This is the craziest schedule I've ever been on in my entire life," she said in a newly released video diary on YouTube.
"One morning I woke up and started crying so hard. I finally just got to my bed from the IV [drip] and I was just like, 'Good I can actually get to sleep tonight', because we stayed up [all night to finish the album]. I get in bed, and it must have been two hours in before my phone started going off."
She continued: "I was so frustrated I kept ignoring the phone. Every time it would go off, but every time I would ignore it. It was so frustrating, so I was angry. I was so angry, I was so overwhelmed that I was sick. It felt crazy."
She added: "I started crying. I cried for 10 minutes really, really hard in my pillow. It was aggressive... I almost wanted to punch somebody."
