Johnny Depp has revealed that his love scenes in Dark Shadows were more "surreal" than sexy.
As vampire Barnabas Collins in Tim Burton's latest film, the Pirates Of The Caribbean star got to grapple with Eva Green in a dramatic and energetic sequence.
"It was more surreal shooting it than it looks on the big screen, because we were on harnesses and flying about all over the room. It was more fun to make than it looks like," he said.
Eva - who plays witch Angelique Bouchard - added: "I'm not a big fan of wires, I have to say, so it was not the most sexy scene for me.
"But it was fun - it kind of was a light scene because we have so much intense, eclectic scenes. So it was sometimes hard to keep a straight face. It was really bonkers," she added.
Michelle Pfeiffer, Chloe Moretz and Jonny Lee Miller also star in Dark Shadows, which is in cinemas now.
