Star Wars sequels get writers?

George Lucas worked with Lawrence Kasdan on two previous Star Wars films
Two writers - Lawrence Kasdan and Simon Kinberg - have signed up to write instalments in the new Star Wars trilogy, according to reports.
It was recently announced that Toy Story 3 and Little Miss Sunshine writer Michael Arndt was hired to pen Episode VII, the first Star Wars film to be made without creator George Lucas.
Now The Hollywood Reporter says that Lawrence and Simon will write and produce the subsequent films in the rebooted trilogy.
It is not yet known which screenwriter will take on which film.
Lawrence wrote scripts for two original Star Wars films - The Empire Strikes Back (1980) and Return Of The Jedi (1983), while Simon's credits include X-Men: The Last Stand.
Creator George sold his company to Disney in a £2.5 billion deal.
